Pot belly fig bonsai
One of the easiest bonsai's to look after, this gnarly bloke is famous for his thick, bulbous trunk. Prune regularly to maintain a bushy habit and pleasing shape.
The pot belly fig performs well indoors or a sheltered patio position. He can tolerate low light and needs to be kept away from direct sunlight.
He requires a moderate amount of water; allow the soil to dry out in-between watering. To keep the moss green, mist with water. Feed with a liquid fertilizer every 6 weeks or so.
